Not sure why they are wasting money on OpenBriefing when they could just host a Zoom and post to YouTube!!

They seem keen to promote the JV has no value again....which I find odd.
Looking at the Annual Report, the JV loss got bigger too.
Which means it's unlikely to be valued in the books anytime soon.
If anyone can figure out the strategy here, I would love to understand it better.
Clearly not many investors are buying the story, so Michael and the board should think about changing tact.
That would mean having the JV profitable and generating value in our accounts.
Note the planned new 'Beam' device appears to sit outside the JV, still not clear on what this will be though.

The P&L for the JV shows the loss increased $200k to nearly a million dollars.
They spent an extra million on staff last year and stuff another $500k in other expenses!!


Which shows up with an increase in the net asset deficiency growing by $1m to $3.5m
