yes within a month is common in the civilised world. However, theres more to it - the DSO was previously supported by the Mali govt and ordered stopped without explanation. The taxation issue, albeit small in the big scheme, further builds the plot that the govt is stonewalling Leo, probably to let GF and themselves on a bigger slice of the pie and screw the australian shareholders.
