The comapny has officially announced it and subsequently announced the intention to modify the offer. This mornings announcement is the official launch of the RI and the updated conditions that they previously advised us of.

    So in effect this is the 3rd announcement over a period of weeks. How could anybody claim this has snuck up on them ?
