    Jack, the root of the problem, is that many *real* aboriginals don't believe they are part of the system at all, they haven't been part of it since Constitution excluded them in the past and to this day they don't want to be part of it, all the laws are completely irrelevant to them, remember it is "laws" that resulted in the Stolen Generation.

    That's the root of the problem. They feel like they are living a foreign country.

    Many real aboriginals are against the Voice because they want a Treaty, they don't give flying f**k want the white man's constitution says or whether it "recognise" indigenous people, they think it's complete BS they need to be recognised at all when they been living here since their ancestors.

    That's why all this discussion is a clusterf*ck, because we are debating how to help them in they system when they don't even want to be part of this system in the first place!!
