no curve ball on that, all i see in the nomination is for someone that holds significant interest in the company - 40m worth - Peter Hujck - dont think he wants to sell out at a loss either and will be looking for maximum value.

Maximum value is via winning these court cases; anything less is a loss of potential value for Peter and whilst he might be more interested in liquidity, he would be silly to wipe millions of dollars worth just so he can sell out

All they want is entry to the table as i expect they; like us - are frustrated by the lack of info...

anyways, AGM is 23rd november, court case for ICC is October, DRC Elections are Dec, the balance of probability suggests we have significant momentum by November making the need for new directors virtually nill.
