Yes you can buy. There are a few things you have to sort our before you decide to press the buy button -
- How long between buying and final payment will I need to wait?
- What is the return on my investment, if i buy now? That would be 0.23/2.77 *100 = 8.3%
- If I invested say $20K into LTR vs another stock, could I better the 8.3% over the same period of time?
- What is the probability of a successful outcome for ALB - <50%, 60%, 90%, 100% You will have to make that assessment as it is relatively subjective but based on current known facts.
- Do you want to put your 20K into a stock that you know has I high probability of sale and take on the emotional baggage or is it easier to just move on.
These my friend are all questions that you, and only you, can answer.
