in that statement mate a JV is considered a sale so royalties stop there according to ASN and the court at a cost of 2% of the sale or JV . So hypothetically if ASN was to JV with a partner for total CAPEX $500 million (for the sake of argument) then the royalty would stop and the royalty owner would get $10million that's it . I'll let you run with all the machinations but as a result of this scenario a JV is highly likely IMHO , I even have some suspects for who it is but again all will be revealed soon I would say . FYI I think the Legacy Lithium deal affects all things moving forward and is the main reason why this royalty has become topical now and also why the there has been no news IMHO all news has been held back until this deal is done nearly everything hinges on it .
