Yep. Thats it h0rc0 that may well be achievable. After all the votes against in the last GM (came from here on HC) and were close to that number and this time surely higher from HC posters alone.
The way it works is a resolution(s) is written and then those holders totalling 5% or more of the registry sign a copy of the resolution.
That package is then sent to the company.
The resolution needs to fall within Corporation act rules.
I must look into those rules
