I guess they're looking at it as a strategic complementary asset (use Orora's existing presence in US to gain market share for the Mexican assets etc) but yeah I'm not sure.
In current market I reckon Carlyle will have the bigger smiles. Not sure who else would have paid near this price if Orora had walked away.
