I'll add my 2 cents, why should you be forced to vote and if you don't you get fined. So much for democracy, sounds more like do what you told.
If frogbat doesn't want to vote I don't see why he should have to. Why can't they allow voting online.. make it easier to vote instead of lining up in bloody cue in the hot sun waiting.
