Do you not understand the words you've quoted or are you just blatantly downramping? You quote "costs of funding delays..." and then insinuate that the whole $6.7m is increased costs due to funding delays. WKT clearly say $1m is due to acquisition of diesel generators for backup power and $3.4m were change of scope costs in 2021.
They clearly say "the impact of prolongation from the delays in project funding and Covid19 have been mitigated to approximately 4.2% of the forecasted final capex value" not the 24% you're trying to claim.
