    It looks like you MAY be able to get your shares below 40c after all - soon, perhaps, maybe??

    Be interested in your, (and others), take on how this shapes up, now we are so close to the vote, and the SP for both ESS and DVP are so heavily discounted from the original announcement of the proposed deal.
