Try to get your sources correct, it's not hard.
And it will keep you out of trouble.
Just in case you're confused, you have clearly implied that they said this, and with the etc etc...
you are implying that even more was stated by them which has been critical of the FDA.
And that's as good as expressly stated given the context in your post which is clearly facetious in tone with the use of 'misrepresent' front and centre of the theme.

In contrast to your posts, SI and MSB are scrupulously careful about what they say. SI didn't respond to that comment moving the goal posts it was by an analyst. Go back and listen to the Corp Comms update again.
Getting your facts straight is just sound practice especially if you're going to have an effect on sentiment.
