I'm wondering where the other 500m is to make up the 3B price tag?

So $500m up front in cash, plus 2B in royalties only equals $2.5B in cash.

Hmmm, I am wondering is there still a kicker we don't know about?

Could we get the $500m as a deposit followed by another $500m at a later date, plus the royalty?

It will be the detail that makes or breaks this deal, don't count or miscount your chickens yet!
