Barnsty, if the price was $2.80, I'd agree. The fundamental fact of the SP being $1.90 was a disbelief in the market that a deal would even be done. Now one is done and dusted, there is a stronger probability of the remaining assets being sold in the coming months.
Undoubtably some traders were waiting for confirmation and will sell, but there hasn't been many. Looking at the trading today, lots of bots accumulating, not really holders dumping.
TA has a place, but not when a company is re-rated which, but the huge injection of cash plus a more valuable asset (the production bond) than the pile of undeveloped coal we had no plans to develop.
I'm not sure about your negative sentiment towards Linc, but perhaps you could tell us all so we can judge your words for bias and apply a proper weighting to the information you provide? At the moment you are just wishing for a stock price fall and I'm extremely curious why that is the case?
