if this is indeed the case, it’s not an indication of poor SN leadership as soo many here comment. These kind of mistakes happen all the time to even the tier 1 operators, contractors and projects. The dilemma here is that the project timeline was so short due to the simple nature of the plant and the very short timeline from appraisal to production…no wiggle room to shelter the “common mistakes” before RFSU
