Just to make it clear why I commented on your post this arvo - and I know you prefer to help peeps keep their heads and remain cautious quite often cool.png... things that have low Shares on Issue move differently than those with truckloads ... hence it seemed lack lustre - but it was fine in context -
so it is not the timeframe necessarily -

I don't care if anyone supports their calls - the thing is around here it is - a motley crew that have all different skills - and experience levels -
For example Lloydbrawn has been around for years and has good FA insight imo - and knows a lot about the overall spec games imo

There are others that like to post and go look it went up a pip all day - some make good calls - but little detail

Some just sit here and talk all day and do their best to argue with every thing that is running and then buy the top rolleyes.pngeek.png

sometimes a little TA is more dangerous - when a lot more learning needs to be done - if fact I remember when I thought I got it - I was at about 20% skilled - and now - try not to be cocky and still learn things daily - after a long time spent ...

Then there are the advertisers long posts promoting something that if you look it is a wreck - they just keep using the thread to hopefully make their stock do something - which takes away from the good info in the pre and beyond

So the only answer is to get to know who knows what and what the strengths are - and learning not to argue is one of the greatest skills ...

I keep saying pre is to look at new announcements and assess the trades that might happen - and maybe mention active stocks from the previous days that might be ready to swing bounce etc -

The AM thread is a good place to advertise imo or talk about things that are brewing - drilling or news flow imminent - that way it does not pollute the trading thread - that is just my preference though.

It is never going to be possible to make this thread orderly imo -only try to make it better and encourage people to post something with some substance ... disclosing trades is good if people want to - however it can also cause drama lols

For example @highlandlad has a certain style of trading that is cool - trades pullbacks and bad news often ... clever you have to watch every one to see what style and setup they have ...
Mostly the good regulars are onto every thing that moves @profitplease has always been my fav for this @Patterns also posts good charts of the movers in the morning - however you still have to assess as sometimes they have already moved once it can be shown on a chart..
That is all off the top of my head - but just news and what is good maybe the positives as well as the risks and the charts in the scans - hint look at the price and volume scans as well as the 10 % gainers and the breakout - have a look and read overnight poke around ...
