Hi Whats
In a scenario where resources abut permits held by different owners do they usually enter into any agreement in relation to common extraction for a zone.?
I come from an oil and gas perspective and a legal one so in the case of a gas resource being in the same position, then depending on the resource mapping they may enter into a unitisation agreement to extract together. But for natural gas it migrates so one can’t just draw a line and say “that’s my bit”. Just interested to know process. Thanks muchly.
