Not true if you actually understood the statistics behind smaller trial numbers, patient condition, use of confidence intervals and communication of results. I don't intend to explain it to you but suffice say that given the nature of the trial those were entirely adequate parameters. When you get to phase three with larger numbers and longer timeframes you will get different statistical tests and parameters.
