Brian gifting himself cheap shares in a raise to lessen his dilution is not the same as Brian buying shares on market. Maybe Brian should give himself performance-based shares instead for actually achieving something! I.e. DFS completion, offtake agreement... Lifestyle comoany comes to mind. Serious questions need to be asked IMO.
