You say if option holders "do not wish to have further exposure to Anteris then they will be selling on market."
This encapsulates my objection to options being granted to others as part of a CR especially one that does not include us owners. These options serve as a future obstacle for the sp to climb over and therefore dampen the possible take over price. Maybe unavoidable but I dislike options being issued for nothing.
