Obviously the key for GGE is working out a way to commercially extract the helium.
Then further to that what stands out is the potential that maybe GGE is looking to exit the relationship with Paradox - Lisbon unless locked in with them?
I didn't realise there was spare capacity at the nearby Air Products plant so that's my guess as to who the farm-in proposal came from given the spare capacity at their plant.
Less risk partnering with Air Products then a company in Chapter 11 in my opinion but maybe more profit potential if they stick with Paradox as Air Products I'd guess would want the helium cheap to sell to their customers in the spot market and NASA etc..
