Thats 650klbs contracts for each year 2024/ 2025, and my understanding is that it had to come from Lance production.
Wayne said low ph would be better recovery, but the real question is how much better in scale.
Was this a deliberate delay, if PEN couldn't produce 650k lbs with the low ph chemistry in the new ground unit 3 PEN would be finish as an economic producer...
