Well... seems a conspiracy theory to, stay with the main game, if you fall down a rabbit holes you will loose your way, or its the butterflies fault for causing a storm in the pacific.
Balance out your reading, read those with good reputation, trying to be unbiased, usually in democracies where their are laws they have to abid too, or standard.... and the budget to resource investigations...
Life if pretty simple, that video is like the ghost hunters you can switch on and watch on TV. Misinterpretted science usually, editeed sound bites, zoomed in flashes. Finding ghosts everywhere, do you believe in Ghosts too?
Shadows on the bonnet give me a break, zoomed in heavily pixelated, random noise from the chip in the vido system, would be my immedate interpretation, the frame rate to catch a real image would have to be ridciuloulsy high, those types of cameras arent that good... then a relection on a bonnet... clouds... a billion reasons.. If it had any validity a news outlet would have picked it up in an instant to sell their product, but they need support and evidence.
