Further to that, I have had a history of back
problem since my late teens. First partial
laminectomy at the age of 19 and then another
at 29 and then removal of calcified spurs at
47, all in the lumbar region (L 4-5).

I am fortunate at this stage of life, (retirement
age) to only have relatively minor OA in
lower back and knees. If my OA problem

deteriorates in the next few years, I will
certainly turn to compounded iPPS with the
assistance of my local GP and MRI. That is,
