Dyor, but when directors are selling, normally it's a sign to get out. I sold a few weeks back, avg buy price 40c and used the funds to offset loan at 7.25%. These tenders are tighter than ever, and with margins at 2% its becoming more tight than ever then I've seen in 25 odd years.
