I've lurked for a while, but I want to add my 2c (which is not worth much)

$3 is a decent offer, but I totally wanted them start production. So why throw in the towel when we're 90% there? Albemarle is getting such an easy deal here. LTR did the heavy lifting here, scoped the resource, did the marketing, spoke to the banks, built the mine-site. We were shorted at 14c, shorted at $2, shorted at $3. We had the likes of Bunn-Wackket and Pongo telling us it's not worth much. We even had goldman against us. Hell even Albemarle even shorted us.

We fought this far, why should we stop now? Albemarle is low-balling us is just the kick we need to go into competition against them.

We've run a marathon, put up with so much and quit just before the finish line?

I will be voting NO on this offer. Not because I want the payday, but because I believe that Liontown can be a major lithium player globally.
