- Ganfeng have always been very reasonable to their partners (it’s not a Tianqi)

- They are not going to go over there to run it themselves, they've never done a resource project

- Ganfeng needs it to succeed

- Ganfeng is not a miner
- Ganfeng doesn't operate mines
