    Great post TB,
    Couldn’t agree more; FWIW I think the SPP is an effort by management to allow existing retail holders the opportunity to avoid dilution at a discount price, what they didn’t count on was the smashing of the SP by those that are able to and trigger exits from retail holders because they can’t afford to participate or have been stopped out.
    After they probably could have raised the extra from Insto’s or SI’s.
