    Yeah ok champ...
    But surely good governance would include being prepared for most likely outcomes in advance, as I'm sure ENR management we're. I'm generally positive about ENR and there processes.. except its use of TH's which could be considered well on the conservative side.
    You cant please all the people all the time?
