If I was to say that the best person shouldn't get the job because the other did not have the same opportunities, then I am sure you have an argument for that also!

As for employing an aboriginal before other races - I have been involved in this process and it does not work in 90% of instances.
What I would like is for better education opportunities for all disadvantaged, but there are issues here also.

Anyway, I'm not going to debate any further or go into hypothetical's - it is my view!
