The global weather will become more extreme = Fact, Ocean levels will rise = Fact, Glaciers and ice shelves will begin to melt = Fact. These things are happening now. Yes there's urgency to react after 10 years of thumb twiddling, which was a huge reason change came. Will Oz meet it's target of 43%? Unlikely, but any progress is better than no progress.
