Haven't read anything about this but I think it addresses all the conspiracy theories about Gareth intentionally tanking the share price etc.
Gareth and Core were aware that operations would not be as good in FY25 as originally thought.
Hypothetically, if Gareth and Core withheld that information from the market (including institutional investors), then did a capital raise, which Core had to do, well...
