Re: the article above, a program of "controlled disclosure" is planned. This phrase was written in the American 2024 Defence Authorisation Act, and amended without objection.

Can you imagine them running "controlled disclosure" and ending up saying they have nothing? Of course not - if they had nothing they'd just say so. The phrasing is not just suggestive but confirmatory. Something both material and significant will be disclosed.

I'd say this is the biggest news release to date. Word is that information will be drip fed to us over the next 2 years or so.
