It's open to all interested parties at this stage. Someone was always going to make the first move as argued by many here in the past. Remember when we were considering offtake partners? The board had over 50 interested parties. This situation is different whereas the BOD were not going reveal who's been showing interest in taking over this company until now but I'd be surprised if ALB were from a very small and limited group.

I reckon ALB will be shown the door pretty abruptly. One may believe that Gina's position will be made to see this through to voting but consider this... if ALB 's offer is not counter offered soon and they are aware they will never get it over the line due to blocking potential I have no doubt that ALB will tactically cause the deal to fall over after DD and devalue LTR due to unsatisfactory findings. Gina's position on the board needs to shut this down now or an immediate counter offer needs to be put forward as it's critical to near term share price. I believe near term share price will strategically be protected through the actions of the BOD.
