your posts are like a breath of fresh air. A question that has been posed here by others and one I’m trying to figure out, it has been suggested GinaR at circa 10% has a blocking stake, but 10% is actually not a blocking stake. It has then been suggested with TG 10+15 =25% is a blocking stake, in a scheme or arrangement, that is the number needed. If TG was a seller at $3, as has been also suggested as he had no choice, except, as I understand it, he has his followers, and that would make up his own 25% blocking stake, so why did he ‘have to’ accept the inferior offer of $3? So now suddenly TG is no longer a seller. There’s something here that just does not make sense to me, could you share your thoughts?
