    ZZ,

I suspect you missed the point.

CHARTS is a place where people come to practice their skills in charting, learn the techniques of preparing charts, and elicit comments from others who prepare charts, and some who dont, regarding what they have prepared. The contributors do not view it as an unpaid stock tipping service, although I have no doubt some occasional visitors regard it that way.

Posting a link to Oscar is like suggesting that we might like to take advantage of breathing because there is air around us, and it comes at no cost. Just about everyone on HC is well aware of Oscar. I must admit I watch for amusement once every couple of months when somebody points out that there is something specific.

lastly, not all requests are fulfilled immediately, and there is no obligation on any of the contributors to prepare a chart on anything, even when the analyst is referred to by name or a particular style is mentioned. Regarding CBA in particular, it could be that no one had any ideas that they wished to share, or it could be that they were all ignoring you in silent unanimity as you suggest, in which case you would be better off working out the reason for that.

There are no rules on CHARTS. Paul was just gently pointing out the accepted norms of participation and conduct on this thread, which is usually of a very high standard.
