Rare Element Resources (REEMF) would have a world class resource nearby for feedstock, and it already has deep-pockets financing from its defense-industry contacts. But I think freight from Wyoming would cost more than ocean shipping from Brazil. If you have to limit sourcing to the Trumpiest state in the nation, there's a third REE supplier in Wyoming also, Brook Mine in Sheridan County. Rare earth is not rare, Then there's Hudspeth County in Texas.
