Not convinced of a TH, they'd have to make a TH indefinite unless they were given a detailed travel schedule of the minister afterwards, and a date on which she commits to sign it. She could be staying in Perth over the weekend for instance and flying back sometime this week or go to another country before returning to Uganda say mid-week. At least us plebs don't know that detail so unless IXR does then they can't give any specifics. The information is already now public, so they could announce something or not but if they do but it'd be a brief Ann simply worded as "the minister commits to signing the ML as the first order of business on her return to Uganda" or something to that effect, hopefully with a link to a video of her presentation. Let's see how we go this week .
