Hard to imagine instos panic selling into an inherently de-risking event, but anything possible. Also, I thought the entire $55 million was underwritten? So even if zero retail uptake then CG still on the hook there I thought. I'd be happy if that's not the case, as less shares issued at $0.075 = less dilution, but I'm unclear on that. AMA could do a better job of being clear in their press releases.
