Of the $4M capital raising, half is for product development, and another quarter for working capital and fees (note I couldn't find the disclosure of how much the fees are, the clauses including the fees weren't in the announcement that I could find). Only $0.5M had what I would call commercial expansion application which I'm guessing is related capex for the BHP work. To me this suggests another capital raising in roughly 6 months. Only time will tell if that's more product development or a more commercial focus

And yes this is a quiet forum. The more active holders seem to have sold post Swick de-merger. Either that or found somewhere else to focus their discussions.
