Sure has changed mate. By the wording in the last announcement, material progress likely pushed to 2024. Issues with commissioning and ramp up. Likely more issues to occur after the initial ones have been rectified. Big risk still on approvals being granted. Lithium prices falling as the months go by the wayside. Management cannot achieve goals or milestones in a timely fashion if their lives depended on it. Tip of the iceburg.

If the fundamentals hadn't changed, the share price wouldn't be ~75% down in 7 months.

Also, being optimistic doesn't mean you're in disbelief If anyone had said 6 months ago that you could buy AGY for 20c the cheer squad would have ripped them to shreds.
