@Kikker1959 And the price is being held above $3 constantly without a buying frenzy high volume day to justify this. I believe this is managed and purposeful. We've seen plenty of manipulation in the past to the low side. This is a clear indicator of intent to keep the SP above whatever ALB have offered, that being $3 at present. I'd imagine ALB would need to keep their noses clean during this period and therefore would not be playing around with controlling daily share price as they'll be under tight scrutiny. It doesn't prevent others though that are against ALBs final outcome.
It's in our advantage for ALB to take their time with DD with other potential move makers watching and waiting. That is as long as they believe they still have a chance and not under threat by a potential other suitor. We don't need them attempting to save face and claiming their DD didn't make the deal viable due to unsatisfactory findings. The longer any of this is drawn out the closer we get to increased value in the sector. As
@anatol claimed earlier he expects a deficit period to become realised this year. Bunnings have already started displaying their Xmas lighting if that paints a picture. Construction completion and DSO contracts are due before the end of this calendar year so plenty of realised value in the face of the world while the world is all watching on at Liontown and Albermarle. This has become the biggest story surrounding lithium for a long while!

I still find it odd that there is interest to sell, at least close to where we're at at this stage, after watching a farm in participation with OLY, another drilling program started at Buldania, an effort to sell DSO and an increased throughput capacity from 2.5Mt to 3.0Mt. If you're trying to sell the company with KV as the attraction you don't spend all this time and money on unrealised potential that will not gain sufficient appreciation. All they're doing is making their expenses and obligations look greater.
A few have expressed their confidence in how this ends with a bleak outlook. I'm far from convinced as the evidence over time does not support this. And I don't believe Tim is a push over. We all heard him slam his fist on the table that day when he intervened a question Tony was trying to answer. I dare say he's likely used a few choice words in the board room of late too.
