I remember the partner wanting access to AGY IP as part of the deal which was a deal breaker Li prices were low and unfavourable making it hard to do any business, this is why AGY did a CR and built the plant themselves.
our product is all put aside for the OT partner so its as good as sold if we get the permits and will form part of the pre payment for the 10ktpa expansion. So not all is lost at the moment and i still think JZ made the right call at the time with the data he had which is all we can ask for.
