Nope. Never heard or read that before, so if you can't provide proof that was said I'll just have to take your word for it. I do agree IP shouldn't have to be on the table.

Still doesn't explain that they were in advanced discussions with multiple potential partners. Are you telling me JZ said every one of them wanted access to IP? I'll call that one out as a lie.

You want hindsight? Hindsight is no one was interested in a tiny operation with a tiny resource. No customer was interested in AGY's product, after samples were sent. As someone put so eloquently, it's beginning to look like it was just another one of JZ's carrot dangling tricks.

Now, the shareholders are suffering, and any funding partner/offtake is reliant on the Argentinian government. Not only that, lithium prices are on a continual decline, so it's safe to assume that any future deal will be done at a much lower price compared to when it should have been done years ago (@Rob826 already showed best case price scenario with other companies selling their product).
