What I'm getting from this is a reiteration that the VA stuff - the potential big roll-out via a second and full 'authorisation to operate', a paid commercial pilot with the VA, and becoming an approved provider to access some of the $280 billion 4; PACT Act, is very much the first cab off the rank when it comes to things happening in FY24.
That said, a while ago some of this was mentioned to happen by the end of 2023, and now they are saying FY24 which is up until June 2024.
As @MikesLM says, it can be announced any time really. 4DX don't know when the VA will finish their paperwork, just like we don't.
We are certainly getting closer to all shouting '4DX to the moon'.
