Good sign, or did they have a choice? Lets face it most of the directors have millions in super funds or trusts hidden away from the ADO disclosures via family members or other means. For us peons though $60K could make the difference of a comfortable retirement or one solely pension based. Don't underestimate the wealth of the directors et al.
In my opinion it was in essence a showing of solidarity to the faithful, although I note the 'faithful' retail holders only stumped up $700K + options.
