    We dont have any particular need to do something urgently. Its there and at the right time we will hopefully take the right decision.

    To me, this is not good, we could be waiting for a very long time before X pulls its finger out and signs.
    We need to force X to a deadline, sign up by say DEC 2010, or we looks to china.
