The market is always 100% correct and it has judged AGY accordingly.

Unfortunately AGY's board and management have failed to deliver on any of their imminent deals! Can anyone tell me what value has Bruce, Mal or Peter have added since joining the board?

Yes the approvals are partially out of their control but surely the blame cannot solely reset with the Argentinian government departments! Management must have known that is the a risk of doing business in these jurisdictions and mitigations should have been in place to reduce the risk.
