IMO not at all, people who know the value here are not selling, and with so few shares on offer, it's no supprise that it will trade in leaps and bounds.I've seen this before.
Over 50% of shares are held by the top 20.
How many coal producers can you buy in at this level that have so few shares available? IMO it's a no brainer, read the activities report. This is a goer.
